Code Lyoko Evolution 10-day Countdown ChallengeThe second round of the challenge begins as the airdate draws closer. The 5th of January marks the airing of CLE on TV with the first three episodes, with weekly airings from then on.
Just made up this 10-day challenge in anticipation for the show's release on the 19th. Not a conteset, just another one of those challenges often seen floating around. Just something to join in for fun if you feel like it!
I’ve planned out the following dates as the ten days until the release of episode 1, with the 5th being the big day. Feel free to get creative with the themes if you want as well.

30th - Yumi
31st - Jeremie
1st - William
2nd - Laura
3rd - Ninjas

Code Lyoko Evolution: Character Sneak PeeksEDIT: Finally we have Odd's and Yumi's in a simultaneous update by the new official YouTube channel CLEMoonscoop (there are new CGI poses on their background too, but low quality).
Seems as though they're doing individual character videos now, of their evolution throughout the series (including Evolution this time). I'll update them here as they're released.

Advance Screening
This image was just released on CL.fr advertising fifty places for the advance screening of CLE. For French people, of course.
It reads;
"Moonscoop and France 4 invite you to the advance screening of Code Lyoko Evolution on the 5th of December in Paris, starting at 2:30pm, where the actors and Jim Moralés will be present!
Lunch will follow the screening.
Warning, only the 50 first will receive their invitation valid for two people!"
Just a note, this isn't the season premiere. The premiere and the advance screening are two different things; this event is pretty exclusive, but the premiere will be on national TV.
It mightn't be the actual premiere, but we're getting close!

Code Lyoko Evolution: The secondary charactersIt was noted that in the credits for episode 1 several names were revealed despite the characters not being in the episode itself. Some of these names were pretty spoiler-y. It's not very clear, but here's a screenshot:
Important names include Anthea, Franz, young Aelita, and the absence of Alan Meyer. Codelyoko.fr has now finished its actors page where you can find more detailed information on the main characters (still a work in progress) and some of the characters mentioned in the credits. The thing that seems to have people the most worked up about is the supposed whitewashing of Samantha Knight. In my opinion she is merely an adaptation, as it says. Jeremie has been working long hours. Aelita visits him and insistently asks him when he's going to finish the updates on the Megapod to allow them to return to the Cortex and find information. Belpois tells her that the time has come; the new version of the Megapod is complete.
Outside, Yumi is upset. Japan was hit by a violent storm. Her cousin's school burnt down. Realising that fighting in the virtual world wouldn't do anything about it, she decides to try to make a difference. Giving up her place for the trip to the Cortex, she decides to stay to organise a party to raise funds for Japan. She gets Mr Delmas' permission, but the only available slot is that evening, so she has to work fast.

Kadic welcomes a new student to its ranks; Laura Gauthier. Blonde and charming, she proves to be a bright student in front of her teacher during first period. While Jeremie’s fatigue stops him from completing the equation on the board, Laura takes his place and finishes the difficult equation with vigour.
The new student is noticed by the group of heroes. Grumpy about his failure, Jeremie sulks while Odd and Ulrich rub it in. It is however Aelita who frowns while Laura reappears and seems to take an interest in Jeremie.

Great, looks like the contest is going ahead!

The idea is simple; all you have to do is draw what you think Jeremie's Lyoko form might look like. It can be from any season - the more unique-looking season 1-3, season 4 with the skin-tight suits and raised lines, or Evolution with the darker colours and many stripes. Or you could do all three! We're judging on originality and creativity rather than artistic skill.

Rules:

There'll be two categories in this contest: serious and joke. The serious category is for, well, what you actually think his look might be. The joke one is for messing around with and trying to think of the most ridiculous thing you can think of. My mermaid ballerina Jeremie for example.

Entries should preferably be in colour but they don't have to be.

There are four judges, myself included, who can also enter the contest if they wish.

Submissions go to the group gallery in the appropriate folder. If you don't want to submit it here, note me with your submission. And if you're on Tumblr but not dA, send me an ask or fanmail (the latter allow the use of hyperlinks, asks don't). Blatant plagiarism of earlier submissions will be frowned upon.

You can enter multiple times in either category, but if one of your pictures is chosen the others will be taken out of the running.

Deadline is January 6th due to some tablet issues with a couple of participants.

Prizes:
Prizes are the same for both categories. I'll exchange something for the premium if you don't have a dA account.
